When ordering

Please ensure that all the information supplied (including postcodes) is correct, as Blackledges reserve the right to charge increased delivery charges, where incorrect information has been submitted, and as a result surcharges are incurred by Blackledges

Delivery and payment

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.50 per order.
Title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full and funds cleared through our bank. While we aim to deliver goods on the specific day requested, Blackledges cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery. For essential orders please allow at least 48 hours.
Please Note: Standard delivery prices do not include delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man & Isle Of Wight - charges to these locations are available upon request.

Faulty goods

Please notify Blackledges immediately upon receipt of the goods if any of the products delivered are out of condition. All such goods must be returned to Blackledges or be available for inspection.

Non-delivery

Please notify Blackledges of any non-delivery of goods within 48hours.

Refunds

No refund will be considered, where failure to deliver the goods, was due to incorrect information being submitted on the original order. Returns Blackledges reserve the right to charge for any returned payments.
